Add a rep, a CSM, or a new employee voice at no extra cost. The plan is priced for the presence you track, not the headcount you have, and it can be priced that way because most of the work happens when nobody is logged in: three agents run on a deployed schedule whether your team opens Resonue that week or not.
The most useful way to read a Resonue invoice is as a standing order for work. These are the schedules deployed in production today, on every plan, with no per-run charge and no metering: the same three agents run for a two person team and a forty person team, at the same times, for the same flat price.
0 */6 * * *
Sweeps every Voice on your roster, captures the new posts, and reads each one for topics, sentiment, the brands it names and the brief it covered.
4 runs a day
0 3 * * *
Decays and recomputes heat for every engager you have ever captured, refreshes every ICP grade, and rewrites every content partner's score with the inputs behind it.
1 run a night
0 8 * * 1
Assembles the week into four sections and emails it to everyone in the workspace. If none of the four has anything in it, it does not send.
1 run a week
The cadences are the real ones, from the deployed Cloudflare Worker. The counts are arithmetic on those cron expressions, not a quota: there is no per-run pricing, no rate limit shown here, and nothing on this page is a usage cap.
Plug in your own numbers. A single deal Resonue helps you spot and close pays for the plan for years, not months, and every deal after that is margin on a channel you weren't measuring before.
It is also the one line item that keeps working on the weeks nobody has time for it. The sweeps still run, the scores still move, and Monday's brief still lands.
And if you don't pay content partners, there is nothing else to buy: Resonue is the only paid tool your content and influence channel needs. Everything else is your own team's posts, with Rosa saving them the writing time.
One $25,000 deal pays for 50 months of Resonue. That's 2% of the deal.
Illustrative example, not a projection. Assumes the $499/mo Starter plan ($5,988/year). Drag the slider to match your own average deal size.
The budget conversation already happened, partners typically run $1,000 to $5,000 a month each. Plug in your own roster: Studio is a fraction of what the program already costs, and if piloting it means stopping even one contract that produces nothing, Resonue ends up costing you nothing at all.
The evidence for that decision is not something anyone has to go and assemble. Every partner's compliance and engagement breakdown, with the raw inputs behind it, is rewritten on the 03:00 run, every night, for the whole roster.
Your partner program costs $10,000 a month.
Illustrative scenario, not a projection or a customer average: whether a partner underperforms is your call, and Resonue shows you each one's numbers so you can make it. Studio includes up to 20 active partners.
Everything you need to see your presence and count the pipeline it produces.
For teams running paid content partners, with the whole program piloted from Resonue.
Multi-brand workspaces, higher volume, or anything bespoke.
Every plan runs the same three agents, at the same times. There is no tier where the sweeps are less frequent, no tier where the rescore is skipped, and no per-run charge on any of them. What moves between tiers is what the agents are pointed at and how much of it they hold.
Running paid or contracted partners? The full program cockpit lives in Studio, see the Content Partners page. Fewer than a handful of partners? Talk to us, we size the plan to your roster.
No. The plan is flat per workspace. The sweeps, the overnight rescore and the Monday brief are not metered and are not billed by volume, on any tier. The one job that genuinely costs money per call, resolving the people behind reactions, is the one job that never starts itself: you press it, it caps itself at ten posts a run, and it tells you how many are left.
The same thing as every other month. Every voice is swept four times a day, every engager is rescored at 03:00 UTC, and the brief is assembled and emailed on Monday at 08:00 UTC. When someone does come back, the board is current because the runs made it current, not because they refreshed it. Nothing queues up waiting for a human to trigger it, and nothing is lost because a week went by.
Yes. Add another employee voice, another rep, another CSM, and it costs nothing extra on Starter. We price for the presence you track, not the number of logins.
No. Starter covers your company page, your employees, and outside voices already talking about you, and it's the only paid tool that channel needs. If you do run a partner program, Studio includes the whole cockpit, contracts, compliance, and per-partner pipeline, for up to 20 active partners. Beyond 20, talk to us.
Yes, that's what "Talk to us" is for. We'd rather show you real numbers on your own presence than another deck of hypotheticals.
Multi-brand workspaces are part of Atelier. Talk to us and we'll scope it around how many brands and how much volume you're tracking.
One flat plan, every voice, every engager, with Rosa explaining every score along the way.
Resonue is in early access. We're working with our first design partners now.
